Summary/Abstract: This paper addresses resilience in the field of physical education and sports in the military, in the context of the emergence of cutting-edge technologies. Thus, after the types of resilience used in this paper are defined in the opening chapter, aspects related to the role and practical importance of psychophysical resilience in the military environment are presented. The following briefly highlights the most effective training methods (realistic, varied collective training, in conditions similar to the battlefield, which ensure progress) through which military physical education can develop the ability of soldiers to be physically and mentally resilient in their operational environment. The final part of the paper suggests that integrating new technologies such as biometric monitoring systems, exoskeletons, neuroplasticity, virtual reality and artificial intelligence into the military training process can significantly improve the physical and mental resilience of military personnel through personalized training and immediate feedback. Military training assisted by advanced technology contributes to faster recovery after intense physical and mental efforts, better stress management, increased mental toughness, transforming resilience into a measurable operational capability.
