Summary/Abstract: The report examines the transformation of the concept of sovereignty in the context of globalization, interdependence, and supranational forms of governance. The traditional understanding of sovereignty is no longer sufficient to explain the dynamics of interactions between states, societies, and individuals. The study connects these processes with Jordan Peterson’s ideas from his book “12 Rules for Life”, proposing an analogy between individual and state behavior. On this basis, the “Twelve Rules for State Behavior in International Relations in Search of an Antidote to Chaos” are formulated, promoting adaptability, meaningful cooperation, self-reflection, and the pursuit of order through conscious management of chaos. The report presents a model in which the international system evolves through a transition from chaos to order, from national to global cooperation. In conclusion, it emphasizes that the ability of states to understand and adapt their sovereignty is crucial for their political relevance and successful participation in the contemporary international environment.
