Summary/Abstract: For decades, democracy has been established as the most accepted form of government. However, its upward development and sustainability have proven to be a challenge, as democratic enthusiasm after the fall of the Berlin Wall has faced a number of challenges from objective reality. Even in established democracies, citizens have become increasingly passive, and power has been concentrated in the hands of a limited circle of rulers. In addition, it turns out that democratic development follows a different logic in each society. The above cannot be explained solely through institutional models, which is why the theory of political culture offers a deeper understanding. In this sense, the present study aims to identify the digital dimensions of political culture by examining the objects of political orientation defined by G. Almond and S. Verba in “Civic Culture” (1963). The results show that all these objects already have their digital dimensions, and this requires upgrading the research tools with appropriate indicators for studying political culture in the conditions of digitalization.
