Summary/Abstract: The article analyzes some very important aspects of the genealogy and phenomenology of the historical fiasco of liberal democracy. The contradictions, ruptures and reversals between the initial and current options of the publicly advertised and practically imposed semantic and value “catechisms” of liberal democracy are revealed.
