Summary/Abstract: Technology has become a central driver of economic growth and competitiveness, yet it is increasingly influenced by global geo-economic shifts. This study introduces the Ripple Effect Model (REM), a macro-analytical framework for assessing the multidisciplinary economic impact of technological advancement and international technology transfer. REM quantifies direct, indirect, and induced effects across economic, institutional, environmental, and social dimensions, translating innovation outcomes into measurable indicators. The model supports policymakers in evaluating performance, anticipating systemic change, and strengthening technological sovereignty as a foundation for sustainable and adaptive economic growth.
