Summary/Abstract: The post-globalization era is defined by transformative geo-economics, where techno-nationalism, supply-chain disruptions, and the securitization of technology reshape global relations. Economic policy increasingly serves strategic objectives, as competitiveness and interdependence are redefined. Within this environment, the International innovations and technology transfer (IITT) becomes a crucial mechanism for sustaining growth and resilience. IITT acts both as a transmission channel and as a multiplier of systemic transformation, enabling adaptation and innovation in fragmented global networks. Beyond productivity gains, it reshapes the social dimension of development by influencing consumer behavior and quality of life. The growing interdependence between technology, security, and sustainability underscores the need for effective governance of innovation transfer to consolidate Europe’s technological and economic sovereignty in an unpredictable geo-economic order.
