Summary/Abstract: The purpose of the study is to present and analyze the main principles, regularities and features of the international markets of agricultural products. The research focuses on examining the place of agriculture in the international labor division and specifically brings out the methodological features of studying various aspects of international markets of agricultural goods. The importance of the green and gene revolution is revealed. The features of the production process and the specifics of agrarian cycles are presented. The significance of the low degree of capital concentration in the sector is analyzed and it is proved that market factors have a much greater impact than general economic ones.
