Summary/Abstract: Under the pressure of the dynamic processes that have been taking place at the European and global level in recent years, the topic of real estate prices and the development of the sector remains relevant. At the same time, the topic concerns all social strata of society. The report will look at the trends that are happening in the property market, in particular, that of residential buildings in the period 2020–2022. Several key indicators will be presented, through which to consider whether something is changing in the residential building market, how the eventual change affects individuals‘ wallets.
