Summary/Abstract: This paper presents the output of an assessment of the monetary effects, driven by the processes of integration between the countries from Europe over the recent two decades. The subject of the analysis is value added of 25 European countries, including Bulgaria, and its redistribution because of labour and capital income flows across national borders during the period of 2000–2021. In addition, processes of income and wealth redistribution, driven by the European Union’s budget and policies aimed to alleviate some of the real integration effects are under discussion. The scope of the analysis does not focus on the public policies aimed to foster the economic integration, but on their effects over the economic outcomes.
