Summary/Abstract: The concerns of scientists and specialists about the interaction between school and family in conditions of cultural diversity have multiplied with the passing of years. This article highlights the fact that a good collaboration between school and family is the most important element for the proper functioning of the educational system. This leads to the school success of the student with adaptation problems. The school for diversity allows children to experience differences between people as something natural. The teacher has the competence to act effectively for the inclusion of children with problems of school adaptation.
