Summary/Abstract: The growing cultural, linguistic, and ethnic diversity in today’s schools necessitates a re-evaluation of the factors influencing student performance in multicultural learning environments. This study explores the sociocultural variables shaping academic outcomes and investigates how schools can reduce disparities linked to cultural differences. The research aims to examine the influence of sociocultural factors including ethnic identity, language, community values, and socioeconomic status on students' learning experiences and academic achievement. Additionally, it identifies pedagogical and institutional strategies that foster inclusive and equitable education for all learners. Using a theoretical-descriptive approach, the study conducts a literature review on multicultural education, culturally responsive teaching, and inclusive practices. It also analyzes international case studies from Finland, Canada, the United States, and New Zealand, highlighting effective models of cultural inclusion. Findings suggest that student success is closely tied to cultural identity, familial expectations, and the educational environment. Schools that implement inclusive curricula, fair assessment, responsive teaching, and strong community engagement tend to support better academic results and social cohesion. The study concludes that teachers must be equipped as intercultural mediators. To achieve educational equity, systemic reforms are needed in curriculum design, teacher training, instructional methods, and family-school collaboration, all supported by coherent policies and institutional commitment.
