Summary/Abstract: The article analyzes the use of digital portfolio technology in the educational context, highlighting its impact on the professional development of future educators. In schools and universities across the country, the digital portfolio is introduced as an interactive technology, alongside other innovative methods, contributing to the transition from evaluation to self-evaluation. The paper emphasizes that the digital portfolio not only documents individual progress but also promotes elevs' self-organization and self-development, becoming an important tool in the professional training process. By facilitating critical reflection on one’s competencies, the portfolio supports continuous development and provides a framework for planning a teaching career.
