Summary/Abstract: The article examines the requirements for permits granted by the court in the preliminary control of investigative actions. It is emphasized that only if the judicial act is issued in a proper judicial procedure after a thorough examination of the legal and factual grounds for carrying out the investigative action, only then does judicial control play its role as a guarantor of the rights of citizens and the legality of the actions of the pre-trial bodies.
