Summary/Abstract: The report examines the right to uninterrupted rest in Bulgarian legislation by tracing its historical development, analyzing the current regulatory framework, specifically Article 154b of the Labour Code, and conducting a comparative legal analysis with European and foreign norms. Based on the retrospective, current, and comparative legal analysis, conclusions and specific proposals are made for the evolutionary development of the right to rest, as well as practical guidelines for their application in the context of the digitization of the labor process.
