Summary/Abstract: The phenomena unfolding in the first years of this century are much more dynamic and challenging than those at the end of the last century, based on a much more acute interdependence. Although the areas of modern society can be analyzed and interpreted distinctly, there is a clear overlap between them that goes beyond the systemic. The issue of national security is multidimensional, both in structure and evolution, requiring an interpretation and solution along the lines of: "think globally, act locally”. The country risk highlights the internal state of affairs in continuous transformation under the influence of the external environment
