Summary/Abstract: In the context of increasing the frequency of different types of disasters or natural disasters, the idea of operationalizing early warning systems, which ultimately reduces the consequences on society in general and especially on those areas regulated as critical to the functionality and continuity of essential services to the population. Some topical directions of investigation of the subject are highlighted in the article, the main research method being conceptual modeling.
