Summary/Abstract: This article explores the concept of resilience within security science, focusing on the economic aspects of the NATO strategies and allied doctrines. In the light of increasing global volatility, resilience has become a crucial subject for analysis, particularly when talking about the Eastern Europe and supply chains. While the Romanian Military Strategy emphasizes the role that the army is playing in enhancing resilience, the article intends to examine the need for economic resilience, especially through public private partnership as it is articulated in Article 2 of NATO. What we wish to accomplish is underscoring the pivotal role, most often less discuss, of economic collaboration and policy in sustaining resilience amid diverse challenges.
