Summary/Abstract: Mental health and work are inextricably linked. The WHO has developed a set of principles-recommendations for Member States on mental health at work: WHO guidelines on mental health at work, European Framework for Action on Mental Health 2021-2025 etc. As workers' mental health deteriorates, so does their productivity. States are therefore committed to ensuring mental health in the workplace through organizational interventions; training of supervisors; mental health training and mental health awareness training for workers and extended employment assistance.
