Summary/Abstract: The article provides a comparative analysis of the provisions of certain codes of ethics in force, namely those governing judges, prosecutors, lawyers, NAC officers, and officials with special responsibilities within the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The purpose of the study is to identify the unifying ethical principles that guide professional legal activities in the judiciary, the prosecution service, the legal profession, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the NAC, and other law enforcement agencies. The value of the ethical principles enshrined in distinct codes of ethics relevant to the legal professions, such as independence, impartiality, integrity, professionalism, fairness, collegiality, confidentiality, and transparency, is highlighted.
