Summary/Abstract: The purpose of this report is to analyze the impact of staff shortages, both on the ground handling and from shortages of flight and cabin crew, on the quality of passenger air transport services in Bulgaria. It presents statistics on passenger traffic in the period 2019–2024, examines the developments at the main airports – Sofia, Varna and Burgas, and includes a survey to assess passenger satisfaction. The report aims to identify the main challenges faced by air passenger transport in Bulgaria and to outline possible directions for improving the quality and service of passengers.
