Summary/Abstract: In response to the contemporary paradox between rising protectionism and the need for resilient global supply chains, this report presents a conceptual framework based on blockchain and artificial intelligence. The model demonstrates how digital trust can transform regulatory challenges such as CBAM (EU Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism) into opportunities for automation, cost reduction, and enhanced traceability, thereby creating a more adaptive trading system.
