Summary/Abstract: Technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI) and blockchain hold substantial potential to transform the public sector, particularly in the context of public expenditure efficiency and corruption reduction. Implementing blockchain in the management and execution of public procurement processes can enhance operational efficiency and transparency, while also supporting informed decision-making through data analysis and effective data exchange (Kadam, 2024). Blockchain demonstrates significant potential in combating corruption in the public sector by ensuring transparency and immutability of records. Its decentralized nature provides security and resistance to manipulation, which is especially valuable in the management of public finances and resource allocation. This technology can help reduce corruption by building trust among participants and automating processes through smart contracts. However, the successful implementation of blockchain in the public sector requires a thorough understanding of the challenges related to scalability, regulation, and interoperability with existing systems. This study presents a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) aimed at analyzing the integration of blockchain technologies in public administration, based on 31 primary sources.
