Summary/Abstract: This study examines the difficulties in emotional regulation among 86 young adults using the PERCI questionnaire. The findings indicate that challenges in tolerating negative emotions are most pronounced, while the regulation of positive emotions also presents difficulties, particularly among younger participants. Female participants exhibited better tolerance of negative emotions, whereas male participants demonstrated stronger control over positive emotions. These results underscore the complexity of emotional regulation during early adulthood and highlight the need for targeted interventions and training programs to enhance effective strategies for managing both negative and positive emotions.
