Summary/Abstract: In today's globalized and dynamic business world, effective supply chain management is becoming a key factor for the competitiveness and sustainability of organizations. In this context, the role of leadership is essential. The relationship between leadership and the supply chain is essential for the effective functioning, sustainability and competitiveness of any organization. Leaders set the direction, motivate people, build trust and manage change. They are the main factor that can transform the supply chain into a strategic advantage for the organization. In the context of the supply chain, this primarily means training people on new technologies and processes, encouraging creativity and initiative, maintaining high ethical standards, implementing quality control practices at every stage of production and logistics. This article aims to analyze the relationship between leadership and the supply chain and highlight how leadership approaches affect the effectiveness and sustainability of this process.
