Summary/Abstract: In the context of ongoing reform processes in Bulgaria and the implementation of European standards for the rule of law, the role of judicial administration is gaining increasing importance. The study examines administrative capacity as a set of organizational, managerial and human resources that influence the actual implementation of reforms. The analysis focuses on the main challenges facing judicial administration, as well as on the implementation of European good practices aimed at strengthening capacity and increasing the efficiency, transparency and sustainability of the judicial system. A stakeholder analysis was also used to assess the coordination between the Ministry of Justice, the Supreme Judicial Council and other key institutions.
