Summary/Abstract: The reform of the judicial system is unconditionally linked to the introduction of e-justice. The institutions of the Justice sector develop e-justice as one of their main priorities. The fundamental documents for the introduction of e-justice in the Republic of Bulgaria are reviewed. The activities and priorities that have been implemented in recent years are discussed, as well as the difficulties in their implementation. Projects implemented by the Ministry of Justice and the Supreme Judicial Council, resulting from National Programs and European Regulations, which have significantly improved e-justice in Bulgaria, are reviewed. The main priorities in the Justice sector, which aim to develop e-justice, are discussed.
