Summary/Abstract: On Saturday, 17 November 2018, the Salvatorian monks of Timișoara—officially known as the Society of the Divine Saviour (Salvatorians)—celebrated 120 years since the arrival of the first member of this apostolic‑missionary congregation in the capital of the Banat. The jubilee moment opened with a pontifical Vespers at 4:00 p.m., officiated by His Excellency Josef‑Csaba Pál, Bishop of Timișoara, in the parish church “Most Sacred Heart of Jesus” in Timișoara III Elisabetin, where the monks of the congregation have been present for a century.
