Access to justice in the digital age is analyzed, noting the influence of technology on legal processes and online dispute resolution platforms. The paper also addresses the impact of digital transformation on legal education and the ethical issues associated with the use of technology in legal practice. In conclusion, the paper emphasizes the importance of adapting the legal system and educational practices to the changes generated by the digital transformation.
