Summary/Abstract: Legal cybernetics is a new science in the branches of sciences that emerged after World War II, which refers to law as a complex, communicative system, in which the rules of law represent, on the one hand, a reflection of the feedforward, and on the other hand, an adjustment system based on feedback. The interaction with logic, informatics and law leads to a new perspective on the law and the lawyers who become technicians of the law, so that the criminal procedural law can become closer to the positive sciences.
