Summary/Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to present the relationships between perceived personal effectiveness and organizational culture dimensions in the social sector. The study used the method of single-round Delphi technique. The data show correction results from 38 statements, grouped in 9 organizational culture dimensions. Strong correlations are found among employee engagement, work climate quality, total quality orientation, collectivism, openness to change, work attitudes and alignment with national and regional culture. The results provide social policy makers, executive managers, and other decision-makers with empirical evidence on what organizational culture dimensions relate to personal effectiveness in the social services organizations in Bulgaria.
