Summary/Abstract: Artificial intelligence (AI) has impacted a number of professions, including human resources activities. The main objective of this report is to analyze the transformation of human resources activities through AI, by examining modern practices in the use of AI in these activities and deriving the new competencies needed by human resources specialists to adapt to the new reality. The report analyzes literary sources, modern HR practices. Secondary data was used in the analysis. Among the main conclusions are that traditional functions in human resources activities are preserved, traditional competencies are also preserved, but the changed content of traditional functions requires the development of futuristic competencies.
