Summary/Abstract: The problem of peer violence is a worldwide problem, it occurs frequently and affects millions of children and families who have to deal with its negative consequences. Conflicts between children in schools have always existed, but if they are resolved in a constructive way, they can become an important source of learning, otherwise, conflicts between peers can easily escalate into violence that is punishable by law. The aim of this paper is to point out the characteristics and forms of peer violence in school.
