Summary/Abstract: In the transition of the attempt to replace the traditional school with a modern one, there was a series of dysfunctions and the loss of the educational role of the school, which increasingly has problems with the violent behavior of students. Violence in schools represents a serious challenge for the modern education system, which requires the coordinated efforts of all social actors. Clearly defining the phenomenon, understanding its causes and consequences, and implementing adequate preventive and intervention measures are key to creating a safe and supportive school environment. Only through the joint effort of educational institutions, families, communities and state bodies is it possible to achieve progress in the fight against violence and ensure the integral development of young generations.
