Summary/Abstract: The professional training of employees for specific tasks represents one of the key prerequisites for their effective adaptation within production processes. Such training enables the achievement of various objectives, the most significant of which include increased labor productivity, successful advancement in professional rank, enhanced safety in task performance, and the development of employee motivation and job satisfaction. Human education entails assigning individuals to appropriate positions based on their prior academic achievements, accompanied by a willingness to further develop new knowledge, acquire experience, and cultivate wisdom. Through retraining, employees improve their competencies, knowledge, and skills, thereby advancing professionally and becoming more competitive in the labor market. A well-designed human resource management support system in the domain of employee education, training, advancement, and career development should include functionalities for (a) career planning and (b) professional development.
