Summary/Abstract: The current paper focuses on the Generations Y and Y and their entry into the workforce in the contemporary business environment and their attitude towards organizational changes. The objective is identifying the reasons behind resistance and to provide basic recommendations for company leadership. The paper aims to help management in minimizing the hard-to-measure company’s loss as a result from unproper adaption to organizational change. The paper highlights key differences in motivational factors between these generations and other age group in the labor market to support employers in predicting potential risky behavior.
