Summary/Abstract: Changes in organizations often generate ambivalent reactions in employees and significantly affect work motivation and engagement, especially when imposed unilaterally. The paper aims to highlight the main manifestations of hidden resistance and how it affects labour efficiency and loyalty attitude. The research focuses on the difference between obvious and hidden forms of resistance when analysing the dual dynamics of acceptance and resistance. The objective is to identify the main forms and dominant patterns of change-resistance attitudes among the workforce to provide basic recommendations for company leadership. Resistance to change needs to be recognized not as an obstacle to be eliminated, but as a diagnostic indicator to be constantly monitored. The findings suggest that resistance can be anticipated, measured, and effectively managed if recognized on time.
