Summary/Abstract: The report aims to present student loyalty and the prerequisites for its construction, in the context of the marketing of higher education as part of the marketing perusal of the process of retaining students in the higher educational institution, in a higher educational degree. The topic is relevant due to the huge free capacity of higher education institutions in Bulgaria. The subject of the current development is Student loyalty, and the object is Higher education institutions. The report is developed based on a critical analysis and synthesis of existing scientific literature concerning the marketing of higher education and student loyalty.
