Summary/Abstract: The occasion for this article, apart from the national scientific conference of the Department of Public Administration of the Faculty of Management and Administration in the University of National and World Economy, intriguingly titled the Entrepreneurial Model of Public Administration: 30 Years Later, is a post on the university blog of Prof. Rumen Brusarski from Summer 2024, entitled „50 Years of Impact Assessment“. In it, the professor describes the history of the genesis of what he calls the „real” impact assessment as it has reached us nowadays, proving that this has happened in November 1974 in the United States. This means it is turning 50 and has its anniversary. Therefore, it is time to take stock, to analyze, or in short: time for impact assessment of the impact assessment.
