Summary/Abstract: New employment relationships have emerged, fields of work have diversified, and the demands of the labor market have changed. In these circumstances, the old labor law regulations have proven inadequate and insufficient. Therefore, the need has arisen to amend the Labor Code and bring it into line with the new realities of labor relations.
