Summary/Abstract: Certainly, the creation of the EU was not an easy process, given the characteristics, specificities, and individuality of each Member State. This is why the EU did not attempt to eliminate the individuality of states, but to achieve cooperation between them at the political, legal, economic, and social levels. In this context of legislative and legal cooperation, the legislation of each Member State becomes subsidiary to Community law. It is necessary to harmonize national legislation with Community provisions.
