Summary/Abstract: Business intelligence includes economic, industrial, commercial, scientific and technical espionage, it means active actions aimed at collecting, accumulating and processing valuable information, prohibited for access by third parties. Very often, business intelligence carries information that is used for actions that violate fair trade practice and this is formulated in the Law on Protection of Competition as unfair competition and can damage the interests of competitors.
