Summary/Abstract:  As it is easy to observe, the education system in Romania was and continues to be in search for solutions regarding the improvement of conditions and opportunities at all levels, but despite the efforts, access to education is still unequal and there are special challenges for children from low-income families, children from rural areas, disorganized families, children with special educational needs, children/youth with disabilities etc. For the negative impact to be as low as possible, plans are still being made, projects are being implemented to increase the continuous training of specialized education personnel as well as teaching staff to improve the education platform. In the context offered by the postgraduate course on this subject, organized by the Romanian Academy, in 2023, I carried out an analysis of the actual situation at the Faculty of Social Sciences, Humanities and Physical Education and Sports from "Vasile Goldiș" Western University of Arad and proposed some directions of action to improve the effective situation regarding inclusive education in the institution, in accordance with the guidelines offered by ARACIS, the Romanian Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education.
