Summary/Abstract: This article examines the use of interactive methods in military leadership training, emphasizing the effectiveness of techniques such as experiential learning, simulations, problem-based learning (PBL), and collaborative exercises. Traditional lecture-based approaches often fall short in addressing the dynamic and practical demands of military leadership, which requires active participation, quick decision-making, and adaptability. In contrast, interactive methods, grounded in educational theories like constructivism, experiential learning, and social learning, provide a more hands-on and immersive learning experience. Activities like live-fire exercises, war games, and virtual reality simulations allow military leaders to develop essential skills such as decision-making, teamwork, and problem-solving in realistic, high-pressure scenarios. Research consistently demonstrates that these methods significantly enhance leadership capabilities, fostering greater adaptability and situational awareness compared to conventional training approaches. The integration of advanced technologies, including virtual reality (VR) and artificial intelligence (AI), further enriches the learning process by delivering personalized feedback and realistic, adaptable simulations. While there are challenges to implementing these interactive methods, they offer great potential in preparing military leaders for the complexities of modern operational environments. The article concludes by suggesting that the future of military leadership training will increasingly depend on these interactive and technology-driven methods to develop leaders who are highly capable and adaptable to changing conditions.
