Summary/Abstract: The competitiveness of companies is essential for their long-term success and sustainable development in the current dynamic business environment. Globalization and rapid technological changes require companies to be aware of market trends and customer requirements in order to adapt and remain competitive. A competitive assessment allows businesses to identify their strengths and weaknesses, as well as the opportunities and threats, which can help them make informed decisions about their future actions. The current research focuses on assessing the competitiveness of three firms in the milk and dairy products sector. The purpose of the research is to assess the competitiveness of the three companies and, on this basis, to indicate the most competitive of them. As a result of the analysis, there were conclusions and recommendations drawn, which are of essential importance for making specific management decisions. This makes it possible to strengthen the companies positions in the market and achieve long-term success.
