Summary/Abstract: The purpose of the paper is to examine the features of the model of providing medical institutions with antidotes as medicinal products in Bulgaria. To achieve this goal, the paper first presents a general characterization of emergency toxicological care with antidotes, second, analyzes the model by which antidotes are provided as medicinal products to the medical institutions in our country, and third, examines good clinical practices. Based on the analysis, recommendations are made for improving the create and implemented models for the availability and effectiveness of antidotes.
