Summary/Abstract: The change in lifestyle as a result of the spread of the coronavirus pandemic or the so-called new normal has presented challenges to the performance of everyday work tasks in the organization. At the same time, the entry of artificial intelligence into a number of economic activities also affects certain areas of company activity. These changes have an impact on the functioning of the organizations, which necessitates their study and management in order to achieve flexibility, adequacy of the changes, and in the longer term, their future survival. In this regard, it is of interest to introduce in the organizations the changes related to the labor legislation, the necessary changes in the internal normative documentation, which should be made considering the operation in the post-covid period, as well as the influence of artificial intelligence.
