Summary/Abstract: The report examines the nature and scale of privileges in the post-liberation Bulgarian reality. A special place is given to the privileges of the monarch, as well as to those of the deputies and the executive. Based on this, relevant conclusions are drawn about the privileges in the context of the national security of the state.
