Summary/Abstract: In the contribution, the authors deal with the issue of cheating pupils at schools. Cheating is an unacceptable phenomenon in schools, but despite this, he is not given enough seriousness. Contributors attempt to contribute to addressing this issue by identifying views and attitudes of pupils and teachers on school fraud. They present the basic ideas of a research project on creating a questionnaire for pupils as a primary research tool. The contribution reveals the results of a pilot research, which will be followed by the research of school cheating covered by the KEGA grant agency in the Slovak Republic.
