Summary/Abstract: The purpose of the paper is to find out students’ opinions about the effectiveness of the teaching process that took place during the academic year 2020-2021 under the pandemic circumstances. The basis of the present case study is represented by the surveys that students had to complete so that the university staff could quantify and assess the outcomes of the online teaching and learning academic practices during the pandemic. The results of the study served as an indicator of the quality and effectiveness of the online educational process.
