Summary/Abstract: The subject of the research refers to the field of tort law, which is the subject of many years of scientific interest of the author. The book was written in an effort to, as far as possible, after the works of prof. Dr. Obren Stanković, will contribute to the development of legal science in the region, in order to encourage the improvement of legislation and practice, especially in Serbia. The content and systematics of the book are designed to enable the achievement of the aforementioned goals: the reader is presented with contemporary foreign solutions (from English, French, German and Russian law), dogmatic positions and results of earlier research are reexamined, based on current domestic legislation and court practice.
